Description

With KINAMU Advanced Order & Invoice Management you can manage quotes, customer orders, invoices, reminders, and credit notes as an optimized process in Sugar.

Convert quotes into customer orders and add additional customer information, e.g.: customer order number/reference, contact and shipping information. You can view the status of the customer order at any time, whether it is paid, partially paid, open, or canceled.

Create invoices in Sugar after the customer order has been created, track payments, or issue reminders if necessary. Create invoices based on the items in the customer order and decide whether everything should be invoiced at once or partially.

Credit notes can be created for canceled / already paid invoices.

For creating invoices, credit notes, and reminder letters, you can create/adjust templates in the Sugar Template Designer.

Functionality

Conversion of quotes into customer orders

When a quote is converted into a customer order, all individual items of the quote are transferred along with the header information. At the same time, the entire quote is "locked" to prevent changes and deviations.

Customer Order

All customer orders are converted quotes, and you get a quick overview via the list view. The status helps to identify open, partially invoiced, or invoiced orders. Basic filters can be used in the list view to get a better overview of all orders in the system.

From the customer order, you can create an invoice for selected items or the entire order (all items).

Invoice

In the invoice module, you can print invoices, credit notes, or reminders as PDFs. The PDF templates are created in the standard Sugar PDF Manager. If you need to cancel an invoice or selected items, you can create a credit note from the invoice.

There is also a list view for invoices where you can filter by paid / unpaid invoices and see the reminder level.

Reminders

You can use up to 3 reminder levels including different reminder letter templates. The reminder level indicates how many reminders have been sent, and you can always see when the reminder deadline ends.

Templates & PDFs

KINAMU Advanced Order & Invoice Management uses Sugar's PDF Manager for creating PDFs. With this, you can edit templates without special knowledge and adapt them to your needs.
