Step by step

To make the setup of SugarCRM as smooth as possible, KINAMU accompanies you step by step through the individual phases of the project:

1. Blueprint

An analysis of your company-specific requirements and wishes takes place. The results are recorded in a document (blueprint) and form the basis for the implementation of your CRM system.

2. Customizing / System implementation

A system implementation based on the blueprint is carried out, i.e. fields, selection lists, and workflows are implemented in the system.

3. Handover and acceptance

The implemented processes of your requirements are handed over to you for initial testing.

4. Training

Online training for end users and administrators.

5. Finetuning and support

Final adjustments and possible corrections after testing are carried out.
